Corrections come first
If a figure on this site does not match the current USCIS Form I-864P, tell us and we will fix it the same week. Accuracy is the entire point of the site — a calculator that returns a wrong number is worse than no calculator. Please include the page you were on and the figure you expected, so we can reproduce it.
The same goes for anything that reads as out of date. Form editions change, the poverty guidelines are republished each year, and USCIS occasionally revises its guidance mid-year. If you have seen something official that contradicts a page here, send the link.
What we can help with
- A figure or table that looks wrong, or does not match what USCIS publishes.
- A page that is unclear, incomplete, or out of date.
- Something the calculator does not handle that you think it should.
- Bugs — anything that does not work on your browser or phone.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give legal advice, review your case, tell you which form to file, or comment on whether a specific person qualifies as your joint sponsor. Those are legal questions, and answering them would not just be unhelpful — it would be the unauthorized practice of law. For anything case-specific, speak to a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.
We also cannot contact USCIS on your behalf, check your case status, or help with any form other than the Affidavit of Support family. For case status, use your USCIS online account or the USCIS Contact Center.
